Free inspection software with over 158K downloads!  ZEISS INSPECT Optical 3D is free mesh processing and inspection software for dimensional analysis of 3D point clouds from white light scanners, laser scanners, CTs and other sources.  This software is entirely free to use, and results can be shared amongst departments, vendors, and/or with customers for faster communication to help speed up the decision-making process. 

The ATOS Plus intuitively integrates photogrammetry with ATOS sensors to further advance automation, dimensional inspection analysis, verification, and process safety with a touch of a button. This dynamic combination enhances measurement accuracy, repeatability, and eliminates the need for costly precise fixtures. 

TRITOP is a portable hand-held digital photogrammetry system that performs fast and accurate 3D coordinate measurements as well as deformation analysis. Measuring tasks that traditionally were performed by tactile 3D coordinate measuring machines can now easily be carried out with the TRITOP system. It does not require any complex, heavy and maintenance-intensive hardware. The measuring machine comes to the object.  TRITOP can be used as a standalone coordinate measuring system (CMS) for inspection and deformation analysis, or it can be used in conjunction with ATOS to help maintain accuracy over very large areas.

Our Touch Probe is an ATOS add-on option that enables 3D discrete point measurements in conjunction with ATOS full-field measurements for direct comparison to CAD for difficult-to-access areas, hidden cavities, discreet points and primitives.  Touch probe data can also be utilized for online data alignment.  For non-standard applications, customized probe tips and adapters are available
