Capture 3D Users Group Conference 2010 Recap

The Capture 3D Team would like to thank everyone who attended our biannual Users Group Conference and 3D Metrology Workshop October 5-7, 2010 in Newport Beach, California. Over 175 customers registered for this event which included presentations from industry professionals, technical workshop labs, and an open forum for discussions. The key goals of the conference and workshop were to provide a venue to:

  • Learn about 3D measurement advancements, technology, and techniques
  • Interact with Capture 3D, GOM, and peers to collaborate for process optimization strategy; in addition, share ideas and learn how others are using metrology to successfully reduce costs and make their companies more competitive.
  • Improve current workflow and expand technical knowledge
  • Achieve and overcome challenges which arise within the design through manufacturing processes

Many of you have asked for a presentation with information about the conference to share with your colleagues and management.  Please email catherine@capture3d.com for a PowerPoint file which outlines the conference overview, statistics, and synopsis.
